Most design trends come and go very quickly. We typically recommend designs to our clients that will contiune to look beautiful over time. However, there are a couple 2023 trends that have actually proven the test of time. Check out some of our favorites below!

Checkered Tile Layout

We are loving how the checkered tile layout is being talked about more and more in today’s age, but you will also find in a lot of historic homes around the world. This definiely gets over stamp of approval for a trendy, yet timeless design! A little side note…we are putting this in some of our clients projects as well!

We love doing this layout with 12x12 tiles in either black and white or white and tan! Pro tip - make sure your tiles are from the same company, collection, and that the tiles have the same thickness to make sure they lay flat and even on your floors.

Do you want a quick and easy way to update your walls, while creating a beautiful accent that elevates the space? Picture Frame Molding is your answer!
